- Top grain leather on all seating areas and arm rests with Split grain leather on the front rails, sides and back.
- Removable seat cushions composed of 2.25 lbs density foam core, with individually encased coil springs. Cushions are double-wrapped with hollow fill fiber and down feathers.
- Kiln-dried solid wood frame with L-braced hardwood frames and glued corners for extra strength.
- No-sag spring platform to ensure support and comfort.
- Foam padded outside arms and backs.
- Solid wood feet in a cherry brown finish.

We only had this couch for4 years before the leather started wearing out. The worst was inside of the arm, however, it also started on top of both arms & one of the back cushions. When we emailed the company they told us it was outside the one year warranty & suggested we get a repairman! When we asked our concerns be escalated, they didn't even bother to respond back. We bought this in good faith assuming we were purchasing a high quality item. Clearly it wasn't, although I'm more disappointed in the company. Since we purchased this couch, thd price has gone up by $700.00
We got the couch, chair and loveseat. We then found out about the ottoman, and bought that direct from Prospera. We had an issue with a leg on the ottoman, so we had to call customer service (we worked with heather.)
Initially we felt bad that we couldn’t get the ottoman through Costco and had to pay full price through prospera. But in dealing with heather on our issue, the service we got more than made up for paying full price. Prospera will definitely stand behind your service, we got some of the best customer service we’ve ever had. Seriously!

We bought our Jensen sofa in Light Gray (Oatmeal?) from Costco right after moving into a smaller mid-century cottage in 2020. Didn’t think we’d have room for other pieces but am on the site now trying to figure out what additional one to get because we love everything about the sofa.
The quality, style, durability and trueness of color are as advertised. Receiving the swatch to confirm was an added touch to the excellent customer service.
The leather is like butter, not cold to the touch like lower quality leather can be. It is the right balance of firmness and comfort with the down filled cushions and individually wrapped springs as described. The shape of the sofa has held up very well after 3 years of use.

I tend to over research to get quality at a reasonable cost. My Ethan Allen sofa was far too costly to reupholster. But I didn't want to go cheap. I had my eye on this at Costco. Great reviews. The oatmeal/light gray sample had a slightly greenish tinge and was perfect for our very small condo. But sadly it was sold out at Costco. I was sold on Prospero and next had my eye on another couch with a footrest. But we aren't here full time and the delivery time at 12 to 16 weeks might not work out. Besides the color options weren't my first picks. Although thank you Prospero for timely delivering nice size samples. Fast forward to right before Black Friday. I checked Costco again, in stock, delivery 5 weeks....SOLD. My sofa actually came in sooner and they delayed delivery. IT IS BEAUTIFUL. IT IS COMFORTABLE. I would not hesitate to purchase anything from this company. Delivery and set up is flawless. Customer service contacts you with a special email in case you ever have problems. Color is accurate to the big swatch they sent me. I certainly got a deal from Costco but even if you pay full price, you will get a well made piece of furniture. DEFINITELY A 5 STAR COMPANY AND COUCH.
Our Jensen furniture is outstanding. I think the springs are the best part of the constuction instead of cushions. Funiture should last much longer. Holds up well to wear and tear.
